David supports the Community Policing philosophy and will work to facilitate increased collaboration between the Sheriff’s Office and our community, fostering trust and safer neighborhoods.
IMPROVED TECHNOLOGY
David will spearhead the use of technology applications to aid and assist in analyzing real time data and community input to gather critical information and decrease crime throughout our communities.
CRISIS INTERVENTION
David understands the importance of implementing Crisis Intervention Training and best practice policies to better handle persons affected by mental illness and implementing real life training scenarios for our Deputies while providing less than lethal options to assist them during the course of their duties.
INCREASED COLLABORATION
David will reconnect with local and neighboring law enforcement agencies to share information and collaborate to solve crime more efficiently.
